CLIENT: IN-SYNC CONSUMER INSIGHTS
THE NEED: A way for clients to engage with research projects that featured methodologies where direct observation was not possible (e.g. in-home ethnographies and personal reflective journals).
THE SOLUTION: Worked in collaboration with the Innovation Strategist to develop an online portal for clients to access during the project. The site was intended to be a “virtual backroom” with updates made to the site as methodologies were completed. Additional project details (e.g. project team, methodologies, and project schedule) were also included so that clients had access to all information in one place.
The portal was designed in accordance to in-sync’s brand, showcasing the company’s “corporate yet human” personality, being crisp, clean, and inviting. Using the metaphor of a car driving on the road, the main navigation on the left-hand side is made to look like a signpost and the sub-navigation across the top is an illustrated car progressing on a road.
