Patient Infusion Journey
CLIENT: BRISTOL-MYERS SQUIBB
THE NEED: A way to illustrate the infusion journey of patients with Metastatic Melanoma and Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).
THE SOLUTION: Working with observations from the Lead Healthcare Strategist, brainstormed a variety of ways to visually depict the patient's journey before, during, and after their infusion treatment sessions.
Custom icons and illustrations were developed to represent the different parties involved as well as the various stages of the journey. Colours were used to differentiate the phases of the infusion and symbols were created to call out the various pain points, where the client could potentially make an impact.
